Here in “Good Reading” I share stories of past experiences with clients and past employers as well as reflections on my own personal development journey. It is my hope that in sharing these experiences I can not only offer solutions, but encouragement that you’re not alone in this world as a person or business owner. We are all striving for personal and professional success, and the lessons we learn along the way are part of the process.

I created runners’ ruminations as a place to organize some of the thoughts that come to me while I’m on the road or trail. Running for me is less about physical fitness (although that’s a bonus) and more about mental exercise. It’s one of many ways I work through the swirling thoughts about challenges in business and in life.
